FAQ

We believe that every detail can transform a simple object into a personal work of art.

We are a small, dedicated team from Italy and China, brought together by a shared love for handmade artistry. What started as a common passion has blossomed into the small business you see today.

Our heart beats in Italy, where our team manages store operations, product design, and creative photography. This is also where our customer care and returns are handled, ensuring a local and personal touch for your experience. Our skilled partners in China are the hands behind the creations—meticulously crafting, packing, and shipping each piece. Depending on the item, some treasures are also dispatched directly from Italy.

We strictly say no to dropshipping.
Every order and every package is handled personally by us. No matter where your parcel begins its journey, we guarantee clear tracking and reliable delivery within the expected timeframe.

Our mission is simple:
to pass on a touch of love and warmth to each and every one of you through our work.

Wishing you a beautiful day ahead!
